An equine guided experience for women to access your inner healing and cultivate awareness through the wisdom of the horse.
We will explore the spiritual wisdom of the horse through intuitive communication, energy awareness, body language and the art of mindfully being in the present moment.
The day begins with a gentle Yoga class to bring our heart and mind into alignment. We will use guided meditation, breath work and intuitive round pen work with the horses to cultivate an inner awareness of being in the here and now, allowing the horses to create a deeper awakening through the mirroring of our present emotions and mind states, so that we may discover our true nature and release those things that no longer serve us. We will learn ways to nurture ourselves and discover our true purpose.
This can be a very moving experience as we allow the horses to become our allies and our teachers in our own awakening. Many experience powerful shifts in consciousness that help facilitate change in their own lives, and in places where they may have been stuck or unable to move on.
This special retreat is open to all levels of experience, no previous horse experience is needed. No riding is required and all interaction with the horses will be done on the ground.
